Five Rising Stars: Barking & Dagenham swimmers selected for the Essex County Development Programme
Each year, a select group of talented swimmers is invited to participate in a series of exclusive one-day camps, held between January and March. These camps are designed to identify and nurture promising athletes, with the potential to progress into regional and national development programs.
We’re thrilled to announce that five swimmers from our club—Rares, Tonis, Mia, Katie, and Aiden—will be joining their peers from across the county for a dynamic mix of workshops, dryland training, and in-pool sessions. This is an exciting opportunity to further their skills and continue on their development journey.
