Swimmers can dive into competitions from the age of 9! At Barking and Dagenham Aquatics Club, we’re proud to enter teams into league and trophy meets, local galas, the Essex County Championships, the Swim England East Region Championships, and even the Swim England National Championships.
Already a member? Great! You can check out and enter upcoming events right here or through Club Organiser once you’re logged in.
And to help you smash your race day, we’ve created some super handy guides — from what to eat before, during, and after your races, to what you should pack for a stress-free, successful event.
