Our committee is volunteer based and we are always looking for more assistance whether a longer-term commitment, to a shorter term lending of expertise or helping us run our club events.

Richard Newman has formerly held a number of different positions at the club and was elected Chairperson in March 2025.

Linsey Docherty holds the responsibility of administering memberships for the club in addition to her coaching role for the Emerald squad.

Welfare Officer
Delia-Mirona Hudici looks after the welfare of all those involved in the club and is available for club members at safeguarding.bdaquatics@gmail.com
Marketing and Press Officer
Roshni Shah is responsible for promoting the team via social media and PR; maintaining our website and club photography. Get in touch for any press enquiries, or if you’re a member, share your ideas or volunteer to help us with content we can promote the club with.
Team Managers
Fez Chapman, Tara Penfold, Angela Semedo and Alexandra Stanescu are our team managers supporting swimmers and coaches poolside during swimming events.
Parent Liaison Officer
Giedre Belske is the key link between the club and the parents. Her role is to promote clear and effective club communication channels and ensure parents feel supported and have someone to go to if they have any questions or concerns.
Workforce coordinator
Sobia Aqeel is responsible for overseeing and supporting volunteers and staff, ensuring a positive and meaningful experience for everyone.
